(Vocational and Industrials Clubs of America)
Purpose
To develop
leadership abilities through participation in educational, vocational,
civic, recreational, and social activities.
Goals
Preparing
for leadership in the world of work.
Philosophy
All
students should take at least one semester of a career/technical class.
Students who learn a trade or career in high school will be skilled and
become productive members of society. The skills are not lost, even if
the student plans to attend college. Ask a student what they are going
to do when they graduate. Career/technical students will know, because
they will have a skill/trade/career.
