MHS is participating in a pilot program sponsored by the National Restaurant Association called ProStart. ProStart is a high school Culinary Arts Program which prepares students for post-secondary work or entry-level jobs in Culinary Arts and hospitality careers.  We had 55 students log in the program in the fall and already have several students working in the field. Several more students are preparing to enter culinary school in the fall and are eligible for scholarships from the program.
