Welcome to the Minor High
School Academics Web page!
At Minor, we offer a wide
range of academic subjects to meet individual students' needs. Our courses
include advanced placement classes, honors classes, general classes, and
exceptional education classes.
There are three different
diplomas from which to choose: Advanced Academic Diploma, General Academic
Diploma, and Occupational Diploma. Four units of mathematics, English,
science, and social studies are required for graduation. We also offer
Spanish and French classes. There are clubs related to regular classes,
such as Phi Beta Chi, the science club, Math Team, the math club, and
Scholars' Bowl. These extracurricular activities reinforce the curriculum
in our academic classes.
Students
may obtain additional help in all of our subject areas through our
after-school
